About Sandy

Chair of the Bridge AOR Housing Committee

I became a licensed Realtor® to help make positive impact for families by aiding them in building generational wealth and sharing resources with homeowners on ways they can contribute to uplift our local community. I believe that shelter for all is a right, not a privilege, and I guide my clients in leveraging down payment assistance, grant programs, savvy lenders and smart negotiating to help them achieve this.

I invite folks of all income levels, employment status, documentation status, age, gender & sexual identities & cultural backgrounds; whether you're a first time buyer or a seasoned homeowner, to connect with me. I offer a judgement and pressure free, no strings attached space to assist you.

I believe that decisions should ultimately be arrived at by the clients themselves through education about the process; I’m here to advocate but not to direct. I am committed to authenticity and transparency in my client relationships.

Spending locally, investing in and caring for my community, and getting money into the hands of those who are aligned with these values and offer resources to individuals in need are a priority to me. For my buyers purchasing on Lisjan (Ohlone) native land, I give the first year of Shuumi to Sogrea Te' Land Trust in their names. I also support Oakland based mutual aid organizations including Town Fridge and Homies Empowerment.

My broker, Red Oak Realty, also prioritizes contributing to East Bay charitable organizations and has given over $1,500,000 to local groups that do not receive significant funding by other means.

For folks looking to relocate to the Bay, I was born and raised here and I LOVE to share not only the beauty and diversity my home has to offer but our amazing hole in wall to 5 star bars/restaurants, specialty retail shops, unbeatable art/music/creative community, stellar views/hiking trails, craft breweries, mind blowing food trucks, parks, creeks and much more. Each city and neighborhood offer unique features and character and I can help guide you in honing your search to fit your most desired criteria.

I believe being a new neighbor is an opportunity to make new friends, trade skills and goods and learn about the pain points in the community that you may be able to contribute towards resolving. Community is the binding force in the place we call home. I invite the opportunity to assist you in rooting into yours!

Let’s roll through this together.
